Book The Property
Book the entire property to reserve your date. This serves as your deposit to hold the date. Saturdays are a minimum of 2 nights.
Fill Out The Event Form
The Event Form will help us better understand your wedding needs.
Pre-Production Meeting
We will build a timeline and answer any questions at this time. We can also virtually tour you around the property or meet up for a site visit.
Pay The Event Fee
$2500 for a 1 Day Event
$4000 for a 2 Day Event
*Price does not include additional charges for extra guests/services/rentals. Event insurance is required as well.

Wedding Fee covers up to 50 people, $10 for each additional guest, can accommodate up to 200 guests
$250 PA Rental
*Must provide Special Event Insurance for a min of $1M and name Hicksville Palace Inc. as additionally insured
**Event Fee does NOT include booking of rooms which must be booked separately and serves as a deposit to hold the day. Regular Cancellation Policy applies.

Rates for the entire property range depending on the season and if it's a weekday or weekend. Weekday prices are lower priced than weekends.

Wedding FAQs
Are live bands or DJ’s Permitted at Hicksville?
Yes, however, we do control how loud it can be and any DJs/Live music would need to end by 10pm.
What if I want to have music playing past midnight?
We would only allow this as a silent disco as to not disturb our neighbors or you can have karaoke or music in the rec room.
Can my guests play the games at Hicksville?
Yes, your guests will be able to use the all the amenities at Hicksville.
How many wedding guests can be on the property?
Hicksville Pines can accommodate weddings up to 200 people.
What time can we start setting up to have guests?
Setup for the wedding can start as early as 12 Noon if only 1 day was booked, and, guests may start to arrive at 3pm. If 2 days are booked, then setup may start as early as 9am on the 2nd day and guests can arrive as early as 12 Noon.
Can my guests stay all night for my wedding?
Guests not sleeping on the property must leave by 12 midnight.
How many guests can sleep over on my wedding night?
Hicksville Pines can accommodate up to 27 people.
Where does the ceremony take place?
We have a sturdy wooden cover for our hot tub to convert our hot tub deck into the perfect stage and backdrop for your ceremony.
